I found a great article about strategies for handling email overload. Here is the link:
http://www.nytimes.com/2008/06/14/technology/14email.html?_r=3&th=&oref=slogin&emc=th&pagewanted=print&oref=slogin&oref=slogin
Basically, the article discusses the fact that email overload does exist. Many software companies are creating ways to reduce email and email related stress. One company has advocated the use of a gray screen that pops up occaisionally and reminds you to go do something else for a little while.

Seven Habits
Pat Dowdell San Marco Library It is great to see that there is a program that can tap into our learning abilities. I think this program will give me a jump start to what I already know is in me. The easiest would be #7 and the hardest for me #1.
